Anushia is an LKM-registered counsellor with experience working across diverse populations — including children, teenagers, and adults — from multicultural backgrounds such as Myanmar, Indonesia, Sudan, Bangladesh, and Malaysia.
She has supported clients facing a wide range of challenges, including severe depression and anxiety, marital and relationship issues, career path uncertainty and workplace stress, as well as trauma and emotional overwhelm.
With a calm, compassionate presence and a client-centered approach, Anushia provides a safe, supportive space where individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered. She believes in meeting each person where they are, creating a respectful and non-judgmental environment for healing and personal growth.
Each session is tailored to the individual’s needs, drawing from evidence-based techniques such as Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Counselling, and Cognitive Behavioral strategies — always guided by compassion, respect, and your personal goals. Mindfulness and projective techniques are also included in the sessions.
Whether you’re navigating a life transition, feeling emotionally stuck, or seeking deeper clarity, Anushia is here to walk beside you — with presence, empathy, and professional care.
