Yeap Kar Yean

Junior Clinical Psychologist

Kar Yean is a compassionate Clinical Psychologist who views therapy as a collaborative journey grounded in safety, trust, and the courage to grow.

Taking an integrative approach, her work is thoughtfully tailored to meet each individual’s unique needs. She supports adults facing a broad range of mental health challenges, including mood and anxiety disorders, personality disorders, trauma, chronic pain, and relationship concerns.

With a deep interest in how the unconscious mind affects emotions, thoughts, behaviours, and relationship dynamics, Kar Yean helps clients bring these patterns into awareness. This process fosters clarity and self-understanding, particularly when navigating internal conflict, identity concerns, or emotional distress.

She believes that meaningful change begins with insight, acceptance, and authentic connection.
